Subscription Cancellations

  • You will continue to have access to all services until that date.
  • Any content in progress will be completed and delivered.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

  • Logging into your account dashboard and selecting "Cancel Subscription"

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • No content delivered: If you request a refund within 14 days of your charge and no content has been delivered during that billing period, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service issues: If we are unable to deliver the services as described due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times in error, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • Content has already been delivered during the billing period.
  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the charge.
  • You have violated our Terms of Service.
  • The subscription was used and then cancelled to avoid payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@ndey-content.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
  3. Provide your account email and the reason for your refund request.
  4. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and additional fees. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
